Apply today! ?Life At Piper? team video : https://vimeo.com/387184652 Summary: The Delivery Manager is a high-producing member of the recruiting team with previous staffing industry experience, focused on consistent candidate identification, client requisition fulfillment, contractor redeployment, and account acquisition and saturation. The Delivery Manager will work with the account management team to examine and prioritize the most pressing business in the office; set realistic sourcing, recruitment, activity, and fulfillment goals; and deliver qualified candidates for client staffing needs. The Delivery Manager is expected to be a high performer who exhibits subject matter expertise of staffing industry recruiting tactics. Essential Duties: Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks, including, but not limited to: Sourcing candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Posting Piper roles to our career portal and job boards; Maintaining a high level of production-related candidate outreach activity; Speaking with and meeting candidates; obtaining referrals and networking; Submitting candidate profiles to clients; Participating in client-facing activity with the account management team; Preparing candidates for interviews; performing salary negotiations; Delivering offers and contracts; Tracking and assisting with candidate onboarding; Checking professional references; Redeploying previous contractors. Populate new candidates, update profiles, and document all related activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Attend business development meetings with Account Managers and their clients to qualify staffing requirements via Piper?s robust technical engagement process. Attend daily office stand-up and prioritization meetings. Qualifications & Skills: Two or more years of high-performing recruiting experience Consistent, demonstrable ability to meet and surpass minimum weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity goals Willingness to utilize networking and referrals to locate potential new customers, saturate existing accounts, and provide recruiting expertise as a resource to the account management team Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency, handle multiple tasks at any given time, and show initiative daily in a fast-paced team environment Critical thinking, communication, time management, and organizational skills Experience with online software applications and/or Microsoft Office 365 tools Reports To: Director of Operations Location: 1410 Spring Hill Rd #300, McLean, VA 22102 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary, Tier 2 commission plan, and contest bonuses!
