You are: The Business Integration Analyst, will analyses an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. The work: Provide functional analyst experience and system design skills. Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex production problems. Develop test scenarios and test cases. Correct data in critical situations. Design and create functional specifications for complex development projects. Analyze impacts of vendor provided updates and upgrades to the system. Here's what you need: Bachelor?s degree in a computer related field, in lieu of a Bachelor?s Degree an additional six years' of relevant experience Three years' of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts or business process redesign Three years' of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other business systems experience Three years? experience in developing, prototyping, testing solutions for information systems implementation Experience identifying and documenting functional requirements for information systems. Must hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph The extras: US Citizenship required; dual citizens not eligible Bonus points if you have: Technical development experience implementing PeopleSoft?. Experience with conceptual design and development of training curricula Experience conducting user training sessions Experience preparing communication plans Experience producing database extracts Experience performing program management support tasks, such as status reporting and work plan maintenance Important Information: Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture Federal Services.
