Job Description

The role…

As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will support our growing Engineering, Product, Account Management, and Professional Services teams by building talent pipelines for key positions. You will be responsible for building relationships with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, talent gaps, and candidate success profiles to proactively build pipelines for future openings. You will also work with the Talent Acquisition team to build pipelines for active, open positions.

You will create and drive partnerships with internal stakeholders and external talent to develop and create sourcing strategies for some of our most critical positions. You will use your keen knowledge of the workforce market to research, identify, attract, engage, and assess prospects and excite them about the company.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand leader, you will support our hiring and pipeline and you will be a part of the overall Talent Acquisition that includes recruiter(s), senior recruiter(s), and recruiting coordinator(s).

What you will do…
  • Build and execute talent sourcing and recruiting strategies for key positions within the company.
  • Attract passive talent through sourcing strategies including resume databases, external partnerships, community and association outreach, employee referrals, networks, and a variety of other methods.
  • Use data and analytics like turnover, retention, and new business initiatives to build talent pipelines.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's business objectives and proactively develop sourcing strategies to align to talent needs.
  • Screen potential candidates for technical expertise in a variety of tech stacks including react.js + node, AWS, and others.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines by job function within the ATS.
  • Partner with Employer Brand to engage passive candidate pipelines with marketing, content, and engagement.
  • Research and map potential talent within target organizations and geographies.
  • Enable Talent Acquisition Recruiters by matching talent pipeline pool with open, active requisitions.
  • Prepare regular reporting to key leaders on metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage communication with candidates and always deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build pipelines of diverse candidates for key job profiles.

Skills you have…
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience sourcing, recruiting, and screening for technical roles in Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Account Management in required.
  • Experience building candidate pipelines through sourcing strategies such as job boards, outreach, partnerships, referrals, and networking.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System is required. We use Workday.
  • Experience using data like retention, turnover, and tenure to proactively determine pipelining needs.
  • Experience working with employer brand marketing teams to engage passive and active talent pipeline.
  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed candidate pool.

Skills that are preferred...
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting within a SaaS organization strongly preferred.
  • Experience sourcing for international talent.
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow, ZOOMInfo, and other similar tools.
