As a PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, you will be responsible for the development and design of a variety of marketing media, and promotion, sales and service of a wide variety of numismatic collectibles

Responsibilities

As a PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, you will:
  • Develop and execute Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) based documentation in accordance with industry best practices and Project Management Institute (PMI®) standards.
  • Perform facilitated planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, task sequencing and task interrelationships within the project. Based on the finding from these sessions, create, review, and update program schedules, supporting documents and corresponding project management plans.
  • Develop and monitoring project schedule baselines and budgets.

  • Qualifications

    You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement.
    AND
    For the GS-13 , you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:

    -Experience and proficiency in project management that must include demonstrated facilitation and authoring of advanced project management deliverables, including schedules, minutes, action/issue/risk logs, and cost management; AND
    -Experience leading forums, discussions, and presentations that effectively articulate and persuade diverse audiences to accept/adopt/support recommended ideas and objectives; AND
    -Experience leading teams, including analyzing and problem solving, inspiring others, building cohesiveness, interacting constructively, and reaching consensus; AND
    -Experience applying specialized project or product lifecycle disciplines, principles and practices to effectively manage varied and concurrent projects.

    In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
    For the GS-13 you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
