Complete Building Services is searching for licensed Plumbers to join our Commercial Plumbing Service division. You will be involved in three main areas - supporting both installation projects, supporting preventative maintenance work plans, and responding to calls to troubleshoot and repair plumbing equipment. During your workday you could be performing any of the following duties: Inspections of plumbing systems Providing direction and support to sub-contractors designated to perform repair of equipment and/or hardware Interfacing with building managers and other customer representatives in order to ensure client satisfaction Documenting work performed on trouble tickets or work orders Installing, replacing, and/or remove systems, hardware and equipment Purchasing materials and supplies, and maintain inventory You Should Have Education Requirement with one of the following High School diploma or equivalent License Requirement State License Journeyman or Masters in Plumbing Big Plus - WSSC certified Backflow Certification is a Requirement Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Experience and Physical Expectations Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience within a service role Able to lift up to sixty (60) pounds Capable of ascending ladders up to a height of thirty (30) feet EOE/M/F/VET/Disabled Why You'll Love Working With Us Complete Building Services (CBS) is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors.
