Were looking to add a General Maintenance Mechanic to our team in Culpeper, VA. The work week is Monday through Friday. The shift is 4pm to 12am shift. The facility were managing has just over 400,000 square feet, at which you can help us perform the following: Assist in preventive maintenance program for building systems - ie Cooling towers, Boilers, Chillers, Sprinkler systems Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors, using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets painting structures and equipment Repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles, hanging doors and installing door locks, replacing broken window panes Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery You Should Have 3-5 years as a commercial/large facility building maintenance mechanic Practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work EPA Univeral License (CFC) Why Youll Love Working With Us Complete Building Services (CBS) is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors.
