Lead Contract Administrator Recruiting for this is being handled by Corps Team on behalf of our client. This is a full time, direct hire position with excellent benefits. The Lead Contract Administrator will be responsible for supporting US Government and commercial contract business. This position reports to the VP of Contracts and will assume a team lead role for the Contracts Department. Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities for this positing include: Leads, supports, or participates in contract negotiations with suppliers, partners, and customers. Ensures contracts are administered and monitored to maintain compliance with the terms of agreements and stewards contract activities to achieve desired objectives and timetables. Maintains awareness of regulatory changes and their impact on contracts, subcontracts, and other agreements. Leads, supports, or participates in developing, negotiating terms for, and maintaining non-disclosure, licensing, teaming, and other agreements. Maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. As a subject matter expert and specialist on complex technical and business matters, advises management on contractual rights and obligations and provides guidance and interpretation of terms and conditions, Government regulations, and other related contractual matters. Education: Bachelor' s Degree, 10+ years of contracts experience are a minimum requirement. NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM or CCCM) highly desired. Skills and Requirements: 10+ years of government and commercial contracts experience in a commercial environment. Certification in contract management highly desired. NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM or CCCM) preferred. Has a strong understanding of the contract life cycle, types of contracts, and applicable Government regulations. Experience with sub-contracts, NDA' s, teaming/partnering agreements, and software licensing strongly preferred. Experience with T and fixed price contracts. Strong knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations. Experience with a small to medium size technology government contractor working in the defense sector highly desired. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and reprioritize key. Must be a self-starter with the ability to take charge. Candidates must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be comfortable in a very creative and dynamic environment. Flexible attitude towards duties and responsibilities. Minimum 10 years relevant experience. Candidates must be a US Citizen due to the nature of Federal government work.
