Here, you will help lead our industry forward and make your career.Job DescriptionAs a valued leader on our team, you will manage a team responsible for collecting, analyzing, modeling and/or interpreting financial or operational information for the financial planning and analysis of the Operations & Technology division.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE ResponsibilitiesThe COO CFO - Financial Planning and Analysis - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilitiesManage staff performing work for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities.Execute the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting activities including monthly financial overviews and budget vs. actual analysis.Lead the coordination and consolidation of reporting, budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast for the department.Prepare data-driven analysis and translate data into executive level reporting materials to support leadership decision making.Develop and analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other value metrics, reporting on insights and to drive increased operational efficiency.Quantify business opportunities and risk factors through scenario and sensitivity analysis. Identify areas for process improvement and cost control.Work across department and in collaboration with other departments to support and execute on planned and ad-hoc projects.Design and implement digital reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and financial insights.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM RequiredExperience6 years relevant experienceDesired ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Financial Engineering. MBA and/or relevant professional qualifications a plus.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to develop meaningful and actionable insights from large amounts of financial and non-financial data to inform business decisions.Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with experience in building relationships across teams and presenting insights and recommendations to senior management and business leaders.Experience in leading and/or executing cross-functional projects for process improvement, system changes/ implementation, or transformational. Strong understanding of workflows and proactive in process improvement.Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment where strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities are a must.Proven track record of autonomously leading and executing on projects and work products, proactively managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.Experience leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring.Skilled in graphical representation and executive reporting of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, predicting, and monitoring financials with focus on technology services.Experience evaluating business cases, projects, budgets, and other financial entities or instruments to determine viability, stability, and performance.Proven track record of building financial models and ad hoc analyses to distill complex problems into digestible insights.High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Experience in service management (costing) concepts for application delivery services and related standards or framework (eg ITIL, TBM) a plus.Additional InformationREF ID: REF5995FThe future is what you make it to be.
