Resources will provide technical, engineering and test planning support over various development efforts. Conduct technical assessment, develop information technology plans and development test strategies.Methods used include Independent Technical Risk Assessments (ITRA), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR),Critical Design Reviews (CDR), Sufficiency assessment as well as Development Test and Evaluations Assessments.With regards to Large Systems Integration, resources will participate in program reviews and evaluate Systems Engineering Plans.Resources will provide technical expertise, as examples, commenting on System Requirements, Preliminary Designs, to-be Architectures, and Production Readiness reviews. Additionally, the identification of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other supporting metrics to judge, predict and correct project performance.Engineer/Senior Program Analyst Experience defining operational problems within the DOD. Ability to use statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modeling.
