A Career with Team BMA offers excellent opportunities for growth with one of America's finest young SDVO small business organizations.Summary:Secretary of the Air Force Concepts, Development and Management Office (SAF/CDM) Network and Architectures Directorate (CDMN) Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO) is charged with providing DoD-wide enterprise-level development, integration, systems engineering and synchronized delivery of mission capabilities and DoD-wide enterprise services that support interagency, strategic, allied, multinational, coalition, joint and combined Command and Control (C2) and intelligence coalition information sharing requirements.Responsibilities:Support BCO/MPCO staff in identifying network solutions.Work to identify networking solutions to support military operations in any theater of operations. Provide recommendations to support deployment of capabilities aboard naval vessels, aircraft, in austere locations, implementations requiring mobility, and as required, with partner nation forces.Perform engineering and IT technical analyses for all phases of the Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) cycle, including Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations and Continuous Improvement. The analyses shall address the people, applications, processes, tools, hardware, data, infrastructure, systems and storage associated with each phase. Provide reports on the current service strategy metrics and make recommendations for improvement.Perform engineering and technical analyses of the program (MPE) portfolio involving technical feasibility, alternative technologies, state-of-the-art and emerging technologies, logistics support, technology roadmaps, risk, earned value management, innovation, quality assurance, key performance parameters and key indicators and service-level agreements. The analyses shall be performed on all networks up to and including JWICS (SCI), including FMN Protected Core Networking (PCN) and Cloud.EssentialSkills and Experience:Security clearance: Current Top Secret with SCI eligibilityRequires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other Scientific/Technical discipline.10+ years progressive experience in Network implementation. 6+ years' experience performing Network specific work. 3+ years' experience deploying or actively supporting coalition or bilateral military information sharing efforts. 2+ years' experience working with the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands or with NATO.Experience with Department of Defense Intelligence field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Experience in the design, testing, implementation and sustainment of information sharing network solutions and knowledge of satellite and terrestrial communicationsExperience with supporting USA DoD military networksSpecific experience supporting special operations forces.Desired: Any Agile, ITIL or SCRUM certification.Experience with JWICS (SCI), including FMN Protected Core Networking (PCN) and Cloud environments.Strong oral/written communication skills and analytical/problem-solving skills.Benefitsand Perks: BMA attracts the most highly motivated and qualified professionals in the Professional Services and Technology industry.
