Utilizes information to continuously improve patient care and practice to enhance outcomes. Communicates/collaborates with physicians and staff to provide coordinated, safe and compassionate care for patients. Participates in continuing education activities that enhance employee's professional abilities and ensure up-to-date patient care. Some travel with the clinical team required between the Inova Fairfax, Fair Oaks, Loudoun, Alexandria and Woodbridge Breast Surgery locations.
