JOB SUMMARY:The Director of Account Management is accountable for achieving candidate placement targets, as determined by the company, through activities necessary for high achievement in recruiting, and placing individuals in contract and direct hire positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, matching, coordinating interviews, and closing placements. Additionally, they are responsible for the oversight of the account management team, with the responsibility to ensure that job orders are filled in a timely manner, with quality candidates, that client expectations are being met, and that activity and financial goals are maintained. Reporting into the COO.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates. Manage the recruitment and placement of their own book of business.Work closely with the Regional Director of Business Development on understanding the client's requirements and applying the correct recruitment resources to the client's job orders. Establish recruiting plans which include job boards, social networking, and referral sources. The two roles partner closely to ensure job orders are assigned appropriately and quickly.Work closely with the account management team to assist them on strategies on all aspects of the recruitment role, including but not limited to search, talent control, making the match, pricing and developing a rapport with certain client hiring managers.Attain weekly activity metrics and financial goals as defined by the COO.Work closely with the account management team to help them reach their activity metrics and financial goals.Assist executive management on the company vision around talent acquisition strategies and branding.Understand and develop recruitment strategies for direct hire, contract and freelance clients.Understand and develop recruitment and delivery strategies for both enterprise and retail clients.Work closely with operations to determine training gaps of the recruitment team and any other training initiatives needed.Oversee the team's weekly efforts to provide appropriate talent for the Talent Update.Assist operations on developing and presenting monthly lunch and learn presentations.Oversee and manage the development and maintenance of the Skills Matrix, sharing the updated version with the BD each week, along with each corresponding tear sheet.Discover, plan, and attend networking events with account management team, preferably at least one per month.Proactively seek and attract candidates to pipeline for future internal TAM needs with at least 2 in the pipeline at all times.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business or a related field5+ years of related experience in a recruiting/staffing environmentStaffing Industry and/or Marketing, Digital, or Creative experience strongly preferredStrong interpersonal communication skills with customer service orientationLeadership skills are preferred, though strong leadership qualities are required, including a strong ethical base, mentoring ability and willingness to put team before self.Detail orientation with ability to follow-through demonstrated in previous jobsAbility to prioritize work efficiently and effectivelyAbility to qualify and "close" candidatesMust be able to balance multiple priorities ACCOUNTABILITIESMeet expectations of candidates and contract employeesMeet client fulfillment expectationsMeet personal fulfillment & KPI expectations (ie fill 100% of quota per week/month; time-to-fill; retention; quality of fills)Manage and develop recruitment teamPERKS:Cell phone allowanceCompetitive salary and uncapped commissionInternal competitions with cash prize awards, PTO, flex schedule, or tripsHealth, Vision, Dental, Short-term / Long-term Disability, 401(k) matchingCasual dress and upbeat team dynamic when in office
