As a Legal Office Assistant, you will:
• Provide administrative-level support to the Legal & Risk Department, SVP/General Counsel, and Deputy General Counsel.
• Scan, copy, and file a variety of legal documents, agreements, invoices, and certificates of insurance.
• Monitor invoices regularly and bring any long pending/unpaid invoices to the attention of Manager.
• Provide administrative support tasks to department as assigned, which will include calendar/scheduling, expense reports, SARF/IT service requests
• Process, sort, and route all incoming mail.
• Manage filing system and keep legal office clean and organized.
• Assist with physician and vendor agreement file set-up.
• At direction of Legal & Risk Coordinator, enter standard information for evergreen contracts into contract database.
• Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; distribute supplies as necessary.
• At the direction of Manager and/or Legal & Risk Coordinator, pull and inventory old files for off-site storage.
• Assist Deputy General Counsel with legal bill tracker through Q1

Qualifications:
• High school diploma required
• Strong administrative skills required
• Experience working in a legal office highly desired

Work Schedule:

Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
