Title: National Account ManagerLocation: Frederick, MDType: Direct HireSalary: DOEPosition summary The Commercial Finance Manager will partner primarily with the USA Sales & Business Development Teams to drive business performance through the provision of deep financial / commercial expertise and insights and to own the delivery of financial targets. The purpose of the role is to partner with the USA Sales & Business Development Teams to drive business performance through the provision of deep financial/commercial expertise and insights and to own the delivery of financial targets. Responsibilities: Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Planning and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modelling, and decision support to leadership.Deliver all metrics of the financial plan with a focus on the Profit and Loss (P) at a customer and aggregate level.Help Senior Management and Finance leadership prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions.Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.Bring forth business acumen and understanding of the consumer-packaged goods industry with relevant experience in a global or national CPG firm having worked on key national retailers.Demonstrate proven leadership skills including experience with partnering and communication skills across large cross-functional teams throughout the United States and Australia.Provide a growth mindset in identifying all critical business opportunities, risks and initiatives and provide best practice financial analysis and insights to support decision making.Show integrity and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations. Requirements: 6 or more years of Finance management experience.Experience with pricing, business model decisions, problem analysis and resolution.Demonstrated strong financial, operational, and business acumen.Ability to work at a fast pace, deal with ambiguity and provide innovative decision making.Quickly able to understand the fundamentals of what drives the business, can hit the ground running and identify opportunities to 'add value' and accelerate business growth.Highly motivated and energetic.Experience with Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Strong strategic and analytical skills.Outstanding leadership skills.Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders. Strong influencing and communication skills, and the ability to lead teams.
