Location: US-All OfficesJob ID: 2021-2057# of Openings: 1Category: Product ManagementAbout The Role:As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by the product team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product. You will gather feature requests from customers, develop detailed user stories to implement new products/enhancements, schedule releases and coordinate sprints. You will work closely with the Product and Portfolio managers to effectively prioritize product enhancements and manage competing product priorities. You will also provide technical guidance and lead the product team in delivering on the product vision. To be successful in this role, you will identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products to our customers.What You'll Get to Do:Communicate product manager's vision and direction to the product team and stakeholders throughout the project through product road-map and growth opportunitiesUtilize Agile methodologies to plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product while also providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user storiesDevelop use cases and prioritize user stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyDemonstrate deep experience working within a development organization and cross functional teams such as Customer Experience, UI/UX, Development, DevOps and QA. Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalitiesEnsure that the product backlog is always updated so the development team always has work available and estimated. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint GoalsHave a strong understanding of the product and its customers/usersYou'll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeAgile Scrum Product Owner certification preferred7+ years of extensive experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Technical Product ManagerComprehensive understanding of the vision of the product from an end-user, customer, and stakeholder point of view with a deep understanding of how each backlog item fits into the overall product roadmap and larger business goalsExperience writing tasks, stories, and epics from a user point-of-view, including measurable acceptance/success criteriaFamiliarity with Amazon Web Services, Snowflake, TestRail, Tableau and Jasper.Experience managing the development lifecycle in the Atlassian suite of toolsExperience working closely with QA to perform acceptance testing of new featuresWhat We Can Offer You:Joining ARC means joining a team that is motivated, diverse, creative, collaborative and solutions-oriented.
