Overview: Job Summary:The Product Owner (PO) owners primary goal is to represent the customer, OpCo producers,to the development team. Working closely with the Product Manager, the PO will define a teams roadmap aligning to program vision and priorities. The PO is key member ofthe Agile development team responsible fordefining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities. The PO has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring stories meet the users needs and comply with the Definition of Done. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working withProduct Management, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities: Essential Functions:Creates and Maintains: user stories, team backlog, and team roadmap to support features. Key activities include: backlog refinement, iteration planning, user story acceptance, and PO sync.Primary Stakeholders: Customers, the Agile Team, Product Management, Other Agile teams and sharedservices.Solicit business stakeholder input to build anEffective and actionable Product BacklogPrioritize the backlog to best deliver the highest value features early and often.Consistently maintain a product backlog of ready stories for the next 2-3 sprints.Define Acceptance Criteria for each story to guarantee success and customer acceptance.Maintain and refine stories to make them actionable by the team.Represent business interests and strategic value to the team.Measure value metrics and effectiveness of change post-delivery.Facilitate communications throughout the product development lifecycle to all teams.
