Infotree prides itself in our proven track record and innovative culture with 100% focus on the employees and customersJob DescriptionONLY W2 AND GC & US CITIZENSIf interested, Please directly reach out to me at [email protected] or 734-447-5542.Position Title Financial Analyst ILocation Washington, DCDuration 8+ monthsJob Description:* Basic Qualifications:o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experienceo Basic knowledge of Appropriation Law and Government Contracting fieldo Strong organizational skills and attention to detailo Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environmento Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude* Preferred Qualifications:o Prior relevant experience within the Federal Financial Management including forecasting, budgeting and executiono Proven working experience as Financial Analyst that is comfortable working in the areas of;* invoice / payment processing,* credit card accounting,* burn rate monitoring & future financial trends* cost estimation, and;o Strong analytic skills in order to diagnose and resolve fiscal errors, as well as product forecastingo Strong MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools that provide capabilities to collect and analyze financial information and create/maintain standardized project burn rates and contract fileso Prior experience in using a major Financial System (corporate/enterprise wide) or SharePoint and/or Momentum usage a pluso Exceptional presentation, reporting and communication skills* Responsibilities:o Assist with budgetary tasks such as preparing budget formulation and justification for internal Bureau Office's approvalo Research and analyze outstanding obligations to assist with contract closeouto Enter, manage, and maintain data updates in a timely and accurate manner to support the budget execution processo Create weekly reports of requisitions, micro purchase requests and no-cost administrative modification requestso Assist with amending Financial Guidelines and documenting financial processeso Coordinate micro purchases with credit card holder for payments and assist with credit card reconciliation package on monthly basiso Support managers in the creation and ongoing reconciliation of organizational and large project budgets (eg tracking Appropriations, Allotments, Obligation, Transfers and Expenditures)o Be a source of, and regularly provide, full lifecycle tracking status of OIS' procurement requests (inception to conclusion)o Analyze data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followedo Conduct metrics analysis such as tracking and projecting burn rates.
