Were one of the most successful regional gaming and hospitality companies in the country and need a search expert to help our diverse business units unlock more growth. Youll oversee search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns primarily using Google AdWords for our casinos, hotels, online gaming and restaurants. Youll optimize our campaigns with our business partners and recommend test-and-learn opportunities to improve performance. You understand the nuances and complexities of data but act as a simplifier, realizing that data and insights are only powerful if they drive action. Well also want you to improve our organic search rankings (SEO) by working with our web team on implementing SEO best practices. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Corporate Director of Digital Marketing and works closely with corporate and multi-property departments, vendors and agency partners. Responsibilities: Specific Responsibilities and DutiesPaid Search Identify and recommend analytical package for tracking keyword buying and reporting.Perform daily campaign activities for enterprise level paid search campaigns including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, and campaign expansion.Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, establish bidding strategies to exceed KPIs and manage budget accordingly.Proactively develop, gain alignment for, execute and analyze paid search beta tests.Collaborate with corporate and property stakeholders to support business goals, keeping stakeholders informed of performance to goals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.Contribute to monthly marketing best practices presentations and quarterly digital agency reviews.Coordinate with digital media agencies as needed.Mentor team on SEM best practices, update on industry news, maintain relevant certifications and identify learning opportunities.SEOPartner with agency and internal team to implement SEO standards during site redesigns, major and minor enhancements and new site features.Identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits and data/traffic analysis.Mentor team on SEO best practices, update on industry news and identify learning opportunities. Qualifications: Job Requirements (skills, knowledge, and abilities) 4-6 years managing search campaigns for a high-volume company or agency. Experience independently managing paid search campaigns from soup to nuts.Proven track record of owning and growing new marketing efforts.Experience with Sitecore a plus.Passion for data analysis and expert in Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, and chart building).A self-starter and someone who thrives in fast-paced environments.Creative thinker, ability to multitask and pivot as needed. Ability to solve complex problems.Exhibits a high level of attention to detail and independence.Knowledge of and ability to build out reports in Google Data Studio a plus.Blends creative and analytical thinking with the ability to develop insights and hypotheses based on structured and unstructured data.Hospitality/Gaming industry experience a plus but not required.Position has one direct report.Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by Maryland or Pennsylvania gaming authorities.Educational RequirementsA four (4)-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Media relations or a related field or equivalent work experience.Current certification in Google Adwords and other relevant platforms.Experience with bid management tools (eg Google Ads, Click Equations, Marin, Search Ignite)Skilled with website analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture).Understanding of web analytics methodology and platforms including Segment, Google Analytics, Amplitude and Google Tag Manager.Proficient with Marketo or other marketing automation tools.
