The Washington DC office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking a patent litigation associate to join the 3 rd -5 th year class. The ideal candidate will have patent litigation experience and a technical background in chemistry, engineering, or a related field. The position will offer the opportunity to get hands-on litigation experience, such as courtroom experience, taking and defending depositions, working with experts and drafting discovery requests/responses. Candidates must be a US patent attorney or eligible to register as a US patent attorney and also possess strong writing skills, excellent academic credentials, a willingness to work on litigation relating to a variety of technical fields (including pharmaceuticals and medical devices), and an entrepreneurial nature.
