What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to scale our customer base, increase demand, and optimize conversions. You'll get to build out the growth marketing function from the ground up, managing the analytics tech stack and building out tracking around campaigns. You'll lead and launch new campaigns, build an ad and outreach strategy with our leadership team to grow our user base. Responsibilities Plan, develop, implement and manage the in-house performance marketing strategy across paid channels including search, social, digital video Manage paid media spend and daily pacing; Build quarterly media plans, execute daily and measure performance Work with Sales and Finance team to build accurate forecasts, management reports Help establish and achieve KPIs, including traffic, revenue, return on ad spend ROAS, - Customer Acquisition Costs CAC, and efficiencies Provide weekly readouts on performance against KPIs Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously that align to customer acquisition and brand awareness goals Provide insight and recommendations for website and landing page optimizations based on insights Build an ad testing framework based on content initiatives, efficiency drivers, audience segmentation and consumer journey mapping Collaborate closely with our Analytics team to identify first-party data triggers, customer journey mapping and optimization opportunities based on business goals Bring fresh ideas and take calculated risks to acquire new customers About You Passionate about transforming the rental housing industry and improving access to financial services for millions of renters A deep understanding of funnel optimization especially onboarding flows Experience with the following channels: SEO, email marketing, content marketing, referrals Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Social Media Management Systems Proficient with Analytics 3 years? experience in growth marketing Bonus points for Startup experience Knowing your way around Salesforce Benefits Health insurance with 100% premium covered for employee Flexible/Untracked PTO / sick leave Child care and health FSA Paid parental leave 401K About Us We are a mission-driven team that has set out to change the way people access financial services.
