To be a good fit for this Commercial HVAC Service Technician opportunity, you should have:A high school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent3-5+ years of commercial HVAC diagnosis and repair experience, including proficiency in reading schematics and work plansProficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills, primarily on air-cooled HVAC equipment (rooftops, VRF systems, kitchen equipment, etc.); CRF experience would be a strong plusCFC license is required; other manufacturer certifications would also be helpfulThe ability to work on an iPad or laptop to complete digital documentationDetail orientation, strong organization skills, and a positive, friendly demeanorA valid drivers license and good driving record, and the ability to take your company service vehicle home and park it safelyThe ability to lift and/or carry moderate weight (15-50 pounds) without assistance Anderson Mechanical Services, Inc.
