Together, we serve and inspire to transform lives.Northwest Federal Credit Union (NWFCU) is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead our Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can design and execute the marketing and communications efforts for internal and external audiences and credit union members. This key leadership role is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the credit unions marketing plans and communications efforts. Researches marketing needs and analyzes marketing/product trends for the credit union to ensure the credit union is positioned competitively. Plan, develop, and implement brand strategies and marketing programs. Provide oversight, direction, evaluation, and management to staff and/or vendors involved in the marketing and public relations campaigns. Responsibilities: Create and lead a cutting-edge communications strategy, including the development and implementation of a comprehensive communications planDesign, develop, and implement marketing, public relations and internal communications programsOversee all marketing communications including branding, collateral materials, direct marketing activities, trade show exhibits, special events, and all online activitiesWork directly with the Executive Leadership Team on both internal and external communications to key stakeholders, employees, members, and partnersPrepare, implement, and supervise the budget for the department that is consistent with the overall budget and strategic planProvide branding direction and develop and execute brand marketing programsTrack, measure, and evaluate the results of marketing programs to recommend and execute changes to brand strategy to ensure effectivenessLead brand performance reviews to ensure that brand strategies and performances remain on target in relation to overall credit union objectivesDirect the planning and coordination of product launch and assist in the creation of product portfolioResearch and recommend product or service enhancements to provide quality serviceGuide the analysis of market trends and demographic data concerning members and potential members, products and services, and potential products and servicesReview market research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new branding directionsConsult with development teams on market requirements and product featuresCommunicate brand strategies to product management, marketing communications, sales, and other departmentsCoordinate and aligns brand strategy with corporate marketing planRemains cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures as well as regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related fieldMinimum 10 years experience with branding/merchandisingexperienceExperience working in a financial institution is preferredDemonstrated experience managing large teamsExperience leading brand strategy and brand development EEO Notice: Northwest Federal Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other classification protected by law.NWFCU complies with federal and state disability laws and makes reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities.
