Currently seeking a personal injury legal assistant/family paralegal for a law firm in Leesburg, VA. Duties will include working on heavy trial work, a large caseload of personal injury, family law, civil litigation,pre-litigation, post-litigation, demand letters, medical, strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently on case filings, documentation, litigation software applications for document management as well.
