Together, we serve and inspire to transform lives.The Loan Servicing Administrator IV is responsible for the accurate and timely posting of mortgage payments daily and balancing each day. Additionally, this role maintains and updates records on hazard insurance policies, disburse payments to insurance companies, and manage loss draft claims.The position requires working directly with internal and external members, in addition to contacting insurance companies on a regular basis. Responsibilities: Post and balance 1st mortgage payment transactions to Loan Servicing core systemTransfer loans from Mortgage Lending LOS (MortgageBot) to Loan Servicing core system (FICS)Perform end of day functions on Loan Servicing core system and balance the daily voucher for the Accounting Department under strict time constraintsProcess payment transactions in credit union core system (Episys)Mail letters to members regarding ARM index and payment changes, new loan welcome letters and late lettersUpdate and maintain all auto transfer payment request for first mortgage loansAnswer telephone inquires from the Loan Servicing phone queue for account and mortgage loan informationPay all hazard insurance bills and review cancellation notificationsOrder force placed hazard policiesMaintain condo insurance policiesMaintain flood insurance policiesDeliver outstanding service that delivers on our Service PromisesMeet or exceed the service goals for the positionKnowledge of the Credit Unions products and servicesComplete BAIclasses as assignedMaintain department policy and procedure documentation accordinglyRemains cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, previous financial and service experience preferredAt least 2 years of experience in either Mortgage Lending or Loan ServicingExcellent verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills needed EEO Notice: Northwest Federal Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other classification protected by law.NWFCU complies with federal and state disability laws and makes reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities.
