Overview: Job SummaryDelivers exceptional customer experience and services by assisting with managing, leading, coaching, and developing the store team. Responsibilities: Essential Functions & Responsibilities Assist with staffing, scheduling, team training, development, coaching for high-performance Performs and provides consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours Build a positive, customer service, and goal -oriented environment Assist with development of employees for, engagement, positive performance, growth and promotion with appropriate responsibilities Proficient of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile standards and technology Ensures audit-compliant based according to standards Ensures effective and efficient store operations Implement the Verge Mobile policy, processes and procedures Must be available to meet the needs of retail business hoursOther Duties Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Education & Experience Two years of retail/sales experience High school diploma or GED and 4 years of retail experience Associates or bachelors degree and 2 years of retail experience Excellent verbal and written communication Legally authorized to work in the United States Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Sales and sales management experience Operational and financial management experience Wireless industry experience Work varied shifts, seven days per week, may include evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Education & Experience Bachelors degree and 2 years of retail experience
