Position OverviewThe primary role of the Visual District Leader is to provide leadership, direction, and support to multiple store locations within an assigned area. The Visual District Leader will plan, implement and follow up on all company initiatives and processes within the district. This position is responsible for driving sales and profitability while ensuring the guest experience is exceptional. The Visual District Leader will be teaching, coaching, and training future leaders. This position is responsible for building strong teams with a focus on the guest experience, associate development and exceeding company goals.
