Job Summary/Company:

It's fun to work in a HR Shared Services Team where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! The HR Senior Analyst role is responsible for resolving inquiries from employees on HR processes and programs independently or collaborating as needed with other HR Shared Services team members. This opportunity will eventually result in permanent placement with an annual salary in the low 40's.

  • Serves as an informational resource for the HR Shared Services Team including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, LOA and Payroll policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for staff Offboarding process in US and Canada, including launching the exit survey out of our 3rd party vendor platform to capture turn over metrics for executive leadership, offboarding electronic paperwork completion, benefits information, and final paycheck.
  • Responsible to communicate if any repayment is owed to the company upon separation according to policy, relocation, tuition reimbursement, or any other type of agreements
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance within the offboarding process according to company policy and state guidelines on final paycheck.
  • Responsible for the Onboarding process of contingent workers (agency/contractors/subcontractors) and ensure Onboarding data set up is accurate in our Human Capital Management System, Workday.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation
  • Answers and explains HR-related questions to employees in North America in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions via BT Line (phone system) in the Salesforce case management system.
  • Ensure proper triage, escalation, and effective resolution of more complex inquiries to the HR Shared Services Manager.
  • Deliver excellent core standard services to employees.
  • Understand and meet the HR Shared Services team established SLAs.
  • Back up other (HR) Shared Services team members, as needed.
  • Performs additional HR tasks and/or special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelors degree (BA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is desired.
  • 3+ of HR experience, preferably in HR operations environment.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR, Benefits and Payroll concepts preferred. Ability to learn and retain knowledge of our policies and business processes.
  • Ability to cross-train and perform different job functions within HR Shared Services Team.
  • Ability to use HR technologies to perform job requirements (chat functionality, BT phone platform, Workday, and Salesforce).
