Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Full Time Food Service Supervisor who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing, supervises all aspects of food production including menu planning, food preparation and quality to ensure client satisfaction and retention, responsible for maintaining HACCP standards for pre and post production under the direction of the Food Production Manager.

This position includes but is not limited to
1. Assisting Hosts on daily trayline functions and audits
2. Maintaining daily temperature logs
3. Opening/closing the kitchen
4. Putting diets in HealthTouch for meal delivery
5. Safety training and in-service training for staff
5. Preparing patients trays, helping patients with menu selection, meal delivery, pick-up and clean-up.

Qualifications:
1. Experience in food service
2. Strong customer service skills
3. Able to handle a multi task environment
4. Must be able to speak and read English. Bilingual is plus
5. Basic computer knowledge and computer use preferred.

Work Schedule:

AM/PM shift varies from 6:30am-3pm or 11:00am-7:30pm including every other weekends. Schedule is posted in advance.
