Unfortunately, the legacy of the deceased's life is often overshadowed by the cost of their funeral. As an insurance agent, it will be your job to simply provide these folks with options. WHAT WE PROVIDE YOU: Great leads. We get you in front of WARM clients that have already expressed an interest in learning about our product. World-class training. For all our agents, mentor training is FREE. You'll be working side-by-side with some of the most respected leaders in the industry. AS OUR INSURANCE BROKER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Setting appointments with clients who expressed interest in receiving information either over the phone, internet or via mail. Pre-Qualifying clients in-home for the insurance programs offered. Submitting completed applications to our partner insurance carriers and following up on the status of applications until approval. Providing great customer service to families in need! DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES: Directly call clients directly that requested our services Make in-person recommendations on insurance coverage to your clients WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS THAT ARE: Passionate and driven Understand and are motivated by unlimited passive (residual) income Coachable - able to follow a proven system Interested in having the freedom to run their schedule and book of business the way they see fit JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent customer service and communication skills Previous sales experience (preferred) Basic computer skills including operating a keyboard, scanner, and email programs (preferred) A valid driver's license A reliable form of transportation State Life Insurance Licensed ( if you are not licensed, we will help you obtain it) NEXT STEPS: Complete your interview : You will be interviewed by a General Managing Agent Get your life insurance license (if you don't already have one): You must pass the online course and state insurance exam (approximately 7 days) Get trained: During this time, you will begin field-shadowing an agent, role-playing, attending meetings, and receiving hands-on training.
