Reports to Director of Nursing (DON). Education : Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) Experience : Six months to one year related experience Certificates and Licenses Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Must have valid license as Registered Nurse where the assigned facility is located. Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation.
