Position Overview:

The Business Unit Controller Professional role will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A) group within Single Family (SF) Finance CFO department that supports the front-end Sourcing, Pricing and Credit Risk Transfer. The FP&A team is responsible for developing, generating, analyzing reports related to the Single Family business and helping support business decisions across our business partners. Single Family FP&A team engages business areas across the company to track and report on trends that impact overall Single Family business.

Our Impact:
  • Our team is responsible for tracking and reporting our business performance metrics for sourcing, pricing and credit risk transfer.
  • We track SF market performance data to inform our internal stakeholders of our competitiveness.
  • We evaluate the overall CRT and total SF portfolio and help stakeholders make decisions based on our current metrics.
  • We collaborate with SF Portfolio Management team to ensure a unified concise message for our stakeholders.

Your Impact:
  • Provide accurate, concise and transparent results and analysis for business performance reporting for SF Finance.
  • Analyze and portray changes to our portfolio metrics as market conditions change.
  • Partner with the SF Portfolio Management to solve ad hoc issues related to delinquency data and reporting


  • 2-4 years of relevant finance / analytics experience
  • Bachelors Degree in finance or related field
  • Strong knowledge with MS Office products
  • Ability to multi-task; self-starter
