If you feel that you, or someone you know, may have some synergy with this role, call Robert Half at (202) 804-6296 and ask for Brittany Lyons so that we can explore this opportunity.Responsibilities:This HR Manager position will be a multi-faceted role which will include responsibilities such as Payroll and Human Resources Analytics, Benefits Administration, Benefits Administration, Performance, Talent, and Safety Management, Employee Relations, and Office Administration. Specific duties of this Human Resources Manager position include but are not limited to: * Recruitment process management including relationship building and onboarding * Facilitating smooth transitions of employees including timely last pay, exit interviews, and COBRA administration * Liaise with Finance Department to create quarterly and annual report filing, as well as W-2s. * Ad-hoc reports for management when needed * Act as Plan Administrator for company's 401k plan. Plan communications, testing, filings, request processing, and annual reviews * Benefit package management * Employee relations issues, complaints, and investigations * Coaching and advising executive management on Human Resources-related matters * Manages Qualtrics engagement platform - ie creating surveys, monitoring results, and analyzing data * Legal compliance and organizational development duties * Manages safety, DOT, and drug testing programs * Workers Compensation compliance and reduction in Worker's Compensation injuries in severity and frequency * Managing and negotiating contracts with office supply vendors * Creation of quarterly newsletter Job Requirements: * 7+ years' experience in Human Resources * Experience with Paylocity, Qualtrics, and SharePoint preferred * Experience with OSHA and/or DOT preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication * Highly analytical * Must be willing to travel domestically on occasion Robert Half Finance & Accounting matches skilled professionals with remote or on-site jobs in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more on a full-time basis.
