Are you ready to join the nation's largest Federal law enforcement agency as the Executive Director for Human Resources Policy and Programs in Washington, DC? US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and seasoned Human Resources (HR) professional who has the demonstrated ability to create a collaborative environment. As Executive Director, Human Resources Policy and Programs Directorate (HRPPD), you will oversee four divisions within the Office of Human Resources Management (HRM) and be responsible for the development and management of agency-wide human resources management policies and operational programs to support US Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) workforce. This includes the implementation, management, review, and revision of agency human resources policies, as well as providing leadership to labor and employee relations programs at the national and local levels and to operational programs, including retirement, benefits, and workers compensation. The annual salary range for this position is $132,552 - $199,300. The total compensation package includes other benefits and options; for example, the total employer paid contributions are worth approximately $20,000 - $27,000, excluding paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, and performance-based bonuses.
