As a member of Big Huge Games you will be part of a highly skilled and innovative group that is responsible for creating world-class mobile games. Your input and technical abilities will help drive us to success.You will be part of a small team providing support to 50 users, maintaining a small Microsoft/Cisco/Mac network and providing tier 2 support for our helpdesk. Good communication and self motivation are the keys to success.Responsibilities: Maintaining our Cisco infrastructure with patches, configuration and occasional upgrades. Management of our telephony (10 Ringcentral VOIP phones and one fax converter) Maintenance and configuration of our Windows Network Service a number of MAC mini build servers. Maintain a local VMWare installation Management of our Office365 Based Exchange Tier 2/3 support for our helpdesk. Occasional assistance with help desk needs during busy times such as imaging/provisioning equipment. Tracking and assigning software licenses and SAAS accountsQualifications: Significant experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and updating Cisco equipment including ASA/FirePower, Aironet (Wireless), Catalyst, AnyConnect VPN and site-to-site VPN tunnels. You should be experienced in installing Cisco patches, working with vendors, and opening TAC tickets as necessary. The ability to perform maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Active Directory 2012/2016, group policies and manage domain security Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Knowledge of computer security Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent team and interpersonal skills Self-starter with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasksBonus Qualifications: Amazon AWS Redhat/Ubuntu experience CI and Build system experience Software development experience Powershell/Python/Bash Willingness to learn unknown items on the bonus list
