This client is the leading global partner for undersea data transport. The company designs, manufactures, deploys, maintains, and operates the most reliable fiber optic cable networks in the industry. Overview: The Administrative Assistant provides office and program management assistance by multitasking in administrative, logistical, physical and personnel support for both the company and the customers. Their support will be widely vary depending of the needs of the program and thus require flexibility in completing duties. The Administrative Assistant will maintain records, track deliverables and maintain databases and review documentation. Some functions could include hospitality services for onsite meetings. Highly dynamic and challenging environment, must be able to work with changing requirements. Responsibilities and Qualifications: BS/BA Required. Minimum 5 years of office management experience preferred. Background in the high to low level folder structures and document configuration management systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Products and WAN & LAN system structures Understanding of the requirements for large meeting support efforts from documentation to hospitality Database experience required. Working knowledge of customer correspondence on multiple customer systems. Must be able to maintain DoD security clearance.
