Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract Length: 1 year+ Pay: $27.00-$32.00/ HR Based on Experience Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P Responsibilities for this HR Coordinator position include but are not limited to: Coordinator to support candidates and recruiters through the recruiting process This position will play critical role in helping our team be well-managed throughout an exciting, high volume, and fast paced season Teamwork, flexibility, attention to detail, communication, ability to learn new things quickly, problem solving, and being organized are all important skills for this role Provide recruiting support services in accordance with the company's recruiting processes, standards and systems Serve as primary point person for moving candidates to the correct requisitions in Workday Partner with recruiters to ensure flawless execution of the interviewing process Assist recruiters with various aspects of the candidate offer process Support the referral tracking process, and any other ad-hoc candidate funnel data requests Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, Campus Shared Services, and Interview Logistics Manage confidential information in a professional manner Help support the team's efforts to be a beacon in the areas of flawless execution and risk management Ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a coordinator for a recruiting function Qualifications for this HR Coordinator position: 1-2 years of experience required Why work for Adecco?
