Our processes are lightweight, which allows our teams to innovate quickly to bring new ideas to market. New features and products are deployed to our customer base every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on a subset of an organization within a product or a group of products
  • Facilitate Scrum events, roadmap planning and other cross platform engagements.
  • Coach individuals, teams, managers and stakeholders through powerful questions and curiosity.
  • Conduct regular training on agile, scrum and complimentary practices
  • Mentor less experienced team members to elevate their craft by sharing your knowledge and experience
  • Work with Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to learn, share and build each other.
  • Connect the dots between goals, strategy and tactical work and help teams see the impact of their work.
  • Work with teams and stakeholders to capture and measure KPI's that are relevant and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Enable experimentation of new ideas and ways of working that is driven by the individual needs of teams instead of a one size fits all approach.
  • Help create the long-term change that improves productivity, partnerships, and joyful environments.


Requirements
  • Over 5 years' experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master serving multiple teams.
  • Expertise in multiple frameworks and methodologies under the agile umbrella like Scrum, Kanban and XP and the ability to apply them in the right context.
  • Adept facilitator of relationships, collaboration and communication within and across a group of teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching that is focused on unlocking the inherent potential of individuals, teams and the organization.
  • Experience in training individuals and teams in agile and complimentary practices using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • A common sense approach to agility that is focused on better outcomes irrespective of methodologies, practices or processes.
  • A strong understanding of iterative and incremental development concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • A data driven approach to agility that stems from measuring what matters and continuous improvement.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to explore situations that are not black and white.
  • Professional experience in acting, teaching, improv, military, waiting tables, customer service, social work, medicine, nursing, community organizing or recruiting is a plus.
  • Industry certifications like PSM II, IC Agile Facilitator, IC Agile Coach or equivalent is a plus
