I/O Researcher

I/O Researcher for American Institutes for Research (AIR) to work at our Arlington, VA location. May telecommute as necessary. Serve as client contact for analytical/statistical expertise. Manage and lead projects. Develop conceptual frameworks that guide project work. Collect, analyze and report quantitative data. Organize and document analytical results and research procedures. Prepare technical reports and journal articles and present findings. Develop and draft new business proposals. Mentor research analysts. Little domestic travel may be involved. May undergo standard pre-hire background checks. Must have PhD or ABD in I/O Psychology. Also requires skill (2.5 years of experience, which can be gained concurrent with academic studies) in: data management and analysis procedures; relevant data analysis programs; and relevant statistical methods.
