Responsibilities

  • Performs in house laundry duties.
  • Cleans sports courts and other common areas.
  • Cleans deodorizes and disinfect toilet facilities and locker rooms.
  • Answer members? questions and provide great guest service.
  • Used powered equipment to clean weight equipment.

Conditions of Employment

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
  • Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3. Incumbent is required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
  • Must meet physical requirements of position such as walking on hard surfaces with some bending, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of items or carts up to and occasionally over 50 pounds.


Qualifications

Must demonstrate the ability to offer excellent customer service and the ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to maintain tools and equipment. Ability to keep areas neat and clean and in order. Must demonstrate the ability to speak and understand English clearly. Must have or be able to obtain American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED training certification within 6 months of hire.
