This position is located in the Department of Administrative Services, Administrative Systems Office (ASO), Systems Execution Division (SXD), Operations and Maintenance Branch (OMB).

Responsibilities
The incumbent will report to the Chief of the Operations and Maintenance Branch.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:Serving as a liaison between the end-users (Court and AO), ASO Portfolio managers and ASO Branch Chiefs to ensure that requirements, services, capabilities, and project status are fully understood among stakeholders; Working with the portfolio managers and branch chiefs to maintain the five-year strategic plan and current year tactical plan to ensure continued compliance with vendor and external/internal agency requirements and updates; Clarifying the intent of and prioritizing change request based on defined customer and stakeholder parameters; Managing the change control process and defining release contents; Facilitating the creation of user stories, user acceptance testing, creation of test cases and/or test scenarios, and development of acceptance criteria; Assisting with the development of product-related communications and training materials; Reviewing demonstrations, accepting changes, and coordinating releases; Creating release charts, publish dates, and review dates; Monitoring key performance indicators to continually improve quality of applications and maximize value to the client; Functioning as a proxy for the Business Owner in establishing priorities and providing direction for the development of applications; and Performing other duties as assigned.

Failure to successfully complete the trial period may result in termination of employment. If appointed to a temporary position, management may have the discretion of converting the position to permanent depending upon funding and staffing allocation. Relocation expenses may be provided, but only if authorized by the Director of the AO.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions.
Specialized Experience : Applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience in following:Working with and directing cross functional teams in a product manager role. Working with stakeholders to develop, groom and prioritize product backlog. Facilitating technical, functional, and operational discussions to bridge client requirements with implementable solution.

- Preparing and conducting release planning meetings.
- Preparing and distributing release artifacts.
- Conducting meetings to review project release status, discuss upcoming releases, and issues with deployment tasks.
- Informing team on priorities and upcoming projects.
- Monitoring progress of portfolio projects through weekly project status meetings and review of PM artifacts.
- Understanding and communicating change impact on releases.
- Working with branch managers (or designated representatives) on each release.
