Ideal candidates will have a can-do, anything-is-possible, the-client-comes-first attitude.Job Responsibilities Prepare Public Access Files for attorney review Perform edits based on attorney comments Data entry and generate reports for attorney review Provide status updates to attorney Perform audits under the supervision of the Compliance Analyst II Applies knowledge of DOL processes across accounts Responsible for training other team members Plan and execute client specific audits and LCA amendment projects Onboard clients, generate new sites, and perform demonstrations as needed Serve as a client IT help desk for basic issues (SharePoint invitation acceptance, Token questions etc.) and identifies and articulates system to IT Ensure regulatory requirements are met Understanding of immigration compliance regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Case Management Software and Google Docs.Ideal Candidates 1-2 years of business immigration experience Experience with a case management system (such as INS Zoom, Tracker, or LawLogix) as well as MS Excel and/or Google Docs Detail-oriented, organized and energetic attitude Excellent written and oral communication skillsEIG offers a fantastic work environment and a chance to be a part of a fast-growing and exciting legal practice.
