Our client, a private, independently owned company is seeking an industrious production team member to supervise up to 20 associates.Job Summary: Direct the daily activities of production employees in generating quality product. Continuously promote a work environment where safety, quality and process compliance are key objectives. Evaluate and mentor your team to increase productivity. Ensure that all production goals and deadlines are met within the given budget. Responsibilities:* Directly supervise and motivate team members* Train, evaluate and lead your team effectively for improved performance * Assist in production planning * Work collaboratively with other managers to ensure safety compliance and safe working conditions for your team* Maintain product inventory to ensure that deadlines and expected deliveries are met* Assist in machinery maintenance, maintain paperwork, and assist in keeping the facility operational* Be a hands-on leader that's engaged and aware, and willing to perform any task as neededQualifications:* HS or Equivalent* 3 years' Supervisory, Management or Lead experience in a manufacturing environment * Ability to build, lead and sustain a productive workforce* Working knowledge of OSHA and MOSH safety standards in a production environment* Ability to prioritize and plan ahead* Experience in the carpentry, construction or architectural product industries is a plusThis position brings:* A starting salary of $25-30/hour + Paid OT, Approximately $60-67,000 annually based on skill and OT accruals* First shift schedule, M-F, between the hours of 6am and 4pm* Supportive management team in a positive, collaborative environment* Competitive benefits package to include health, dental, disability and 401k with match* Vacation, holiday and sick pay
