About You:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required.3+ years of HR Generalist experience required.Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.Must have experience with employee relations and performance management experience.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.Current PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.The Job:Act as a resource to employees and managers on all HR related issues.Administer employee benefit programs.Implement and coordinate professional development and team training programs.Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.Track all HR related reporting requirements.Other duties as assigned.
