Raytheon is seeking a cleared Software Engineer to support the customer on a prime program in Chantilly, VAResponsibilities:A cents € cents Handling customer technical support cases through internal ticketing system, instant messaging, phone, and email submissions A cents € cents Escalating tickets to software and systems engineers as needed A cents € cents Creating bug tickets and new feature requests on behalf of users A cents € cents Updating the organization support website with knowledgebase articles and frequently asked questions. A cents € cents Providing application functional training to customers A cents € cents Providing web design assistance to customers A cents € cents Designing and developing in application specific programming languages (JavaScript and PHP) to facilitate customer design requests A cents € cents Assisting software and system engineers by testing application changes A cents € cents Providing graphic design support to the Program Manager on briefings, internal communications, and marketing materials Qualifications and Education:A cents € cents Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a related field to include a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR a total of eighteen (18) years of related experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.
