Learn more about #lifeatcapitalone and our commitment to diversity & inclusion by jumping to slides 76-91 on our Corporate Social Responsibility Report.A' This requisition is an advertisement for multiple opportunities within our Tech organization.A' By applying to this particular role, you'll also be considered for other roles within Capital One's Engineering Organization.ResponsibilitiesPerform software development on Front End UI /Applications leveraging a test-driven development patternDemonstrate strong passion and capabilities in innovation and advancement of technologies used in contact centers, banking or related industryOwn the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systemsWork with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems,A' and determine priority of needs.Collaborate with performing teams to deliver new capabilities in business applications and/or remediate issuesAnalyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, and logical processesCoordinate coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutionsResponsible for key system design and integration decisions; and for communicating decisions to individuals implementing the systemWork with partners, suppliers and 3rd party vendors for Capital OneProvide administrative and end user training for call centers when neededPrepare documentation including application designs, Assessments, Security Management,A' Implementation Plans and post implementation documentationAssist with Managed Services Operations Center requests and trouble tickets on an as needed basis or on a scheduled rotation basisBasic QualificationsBachelor's DegreeAt least 5 years experience using Java, Node JS, JavaScript or object-oriented programming languagesAt least 3 years of experience in technical application design and delivery of solutionsPreferred QualificationsMasters DegreeAWS Certification (Certified Developer or Solutions Architect)8+ years software development experience3+ years of experience in deploying cloud-based Contact Center solutions2+ years of experience in Agile practicesAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
