While adhering to industry standards, Acumen Security works effectively and efficiently to maximize our clients' Returns on Investment.Summary: The Network Systems Administrator will have experience with various Linux systems, routers, switches familiarity with wireless technology and networks. Industry certifications such as Security+, MCSE, Scripting, CCNA, and Network+ are a plus. The Network Systems Administrator will oversee, maintain day to day running of current infrastructure. The Network Systems Administrator will plan and build out the future growth of the infrastructure. Responsibilities: Install and configure network devices (ie, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless network devices, virtualization servers). Maintain various systems such as Active Directory, DNS server, Virtualization servers (ESXi), OwnCloud (document repository), sFTP servers etc. Ownership of Company-wide Information Security Policy, BCP, and DRP plans. Monitor security of the network and systems. Maintain and grow network infrastructure. Patch and upgrade systems as necessary. Monitor, identify and resolve network issues and downtime. ecommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs. Provision of new accounts (on various systems). Communicate and collaborate with co-workers and management to ensure network function can meet business demands. Provide routine support for in-house computer systems using Windows 10 and virtualization servers. Maintain working database or inventory of network devices, IPs, and access control. Troubleshooting and security products in tandem with security engineers. QualificationsEducation : Associates and or bachelor, other related fields, or equivalent experience. Preferred: Industry certifications such as Security+, MCSE, Scripting, CCNA, and Network+.
