Responsibilities

This position is located in the Enterprise End User Technologies Staff (EEUT), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). The Enterprise End User Technologies Staff is established to maintain a secure, flexible, and robust infrastructure platform to deliver information anytime, anywhere, and in any manner needed by U.S. Attorney personnel. Duties include:

-Serve as an EEUT Project Manager (PM) who is responsible for managing the portfolio of assigned projects within the EOUSA OCIO organization.
-Provide technical and project leadership for a significant IT initiative or project under the EEUT umbrella. The EEUTS portfolio includes general integration engineering for desktops, servers, storage, mobility, Video Conferencing Capability (VTC), and IT logistics.
-Project management includes specific projects for relocations, deployments, maintenance on nationwide hardware and software infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user support.
-Manage IT projects related to EEUT programs to develop, manage, and oversee execution of project schedules.
-Serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and perform corresponding duties in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Departmental and EOUSA procurement guidance and policy.
-Oversee assigned project budget, prepare justification reports in support of the EOUSA Investment Review Board (IRB) annual meeting, and provide project management performance and execution data.
-Serve as an EOUSA technical authority on new or advanced hardware and software applications.

Qualifications

GS-13 : Applicants must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in federal service providing large scale technical and programmatic leadership related to windows desktop deployments, cloud, storage and virtualization implementation guidelines; participating in the evaluation, research, and development of enterprise solutions; and developing, managing, and overseeing the execution of project schedules, modifications, business cases, project requirements, milestones and budget scope.
