Human Resources Assistant
We are a pristine home healthcare agency seeking an HR Assistant to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires. Qualifications Must have experience in Human Resources Excellent customer service skills are essential to interact with clients by phone, email, or in-person in a friendly and professional manner. Must have worked at a Home health Agency, Nursing Home, Assisted Living or Hospital as a Manager or a part of the Administration team Must have Strategic Management skills Project Management experience AA/BS Degree required Strong communication and presentation skills are also important as you will be communicating with clients of diverse backgrounds and needs. The ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively are beneficial skills. Must have reliable transportation and have flexible availability Must have experience with training new staff members. 5+ years of office experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills Strong Computer skills MUST be Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) Sales/Marketing experience is a plus. Must be detail oriented and Structured. Ensures that all employees are in compliance with the mandatory requirements for employment. Responsible for other miscellaneous duties including the following: Maintains strict professional ethics, confidentiality and privacy of the client and/or family members Participates in personnel policies revisions, when requested. Ensuring all employee personnel files stays in compliance and has all necessary documents. Requirements: Quick Learner Self Starter Must be detailed oriented, and organized. Strong Customer Service Skills Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, Zoom; Must be able to create and manage spreadsheets. Strong Multi-tasking and organizational skills. Strong Communication skills Motivated, Team Player, and Flexibility. Passion for helping others. Education Requirements/Experience Requirements; Minimum of 2 years of Medical Office Experience. Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience. 3 Strong References. Pass Background Check processing. Resume Required. Medical Assistant/ Medical Office Receptionist/ LPN Certificate a plus but not required. Home Health Experience a plus but not required.
