If you are looking to apply your talents in a dynamic environment with a group of other talented individuals, apply today!Responsibilities- Ensure payments are processed- Ensure bankruptcy filings are processed in the correct manner when received- Log all customer payments to the correct reports- Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, including skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment- Head all billing and reporting activities in response to deadlines- Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence- Maintain quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries- Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity- Comply with all Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rules and regulationsJob Requirements:- 2-3 years of prior high volume collections experience- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills- Experience using accounting software- Deep understanding of Billing Collection- Consumer collections experience- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience- Billing experience preferred- Ability to survey and make decisions regarding customer accounts- AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferredAccountemps, a Robert Half Company, matches skilled accounting and finance professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
