Duties/Responsibilities:* Serve as a primary Human Resources point-of-contact for client.* Manages daily HR Inbox (Microsoft Office 365 environment), responding to employee or manager inquiries.* Implements new hire paperwork process as point of entry using Ulti-Pro HRIS; is direct contact with new hires and managers.* Performs tasks required to administer employment, compensation, benefits, background checks; supports annualperformance management process.* Manages and supports open enrollment processes for client; works closely with broker.* Maintains and updates employee handbooks and manuals.* Utilizes HRIS to pull various reports such as HSA contributions, new hires, terms, employee demographics.* Assist with reporting such as OSHA, EEO-1, and other reporting as needed or requested.* Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers escalating, as necessary.* Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommends best practices.Job Requirements:An outsourcing company is seeking an HRIS Data Entry Specialist to join their team remotely!
